In the ever-evolving landscape of e-commerce, this case study delves into the collaborative venture between myself and Bonsai Wonders.

Bonsai Wonder was founded in 2023 with the aim of sharing the art of bonsai with the world. The founder started his career by selling flowers at the door and thus came into contact with bonsai trees.

Our goal is to introduce people to the beauty of Bonsai. Western life puts a lot of pressure on people, which means that chronic stress is here to stay. The founder noticed that by spending a few minutes a day with a bonsai tree, he calmed down.

Problem Faced

Bonsai enthusiasts face difficulties in accessing quality supplies, obtaining expert care advice, and connecting with a supportive community. Bonsai Wonders resolves these issues by providing a comprehensive e-commerce platform, personalized care tips, and a dedicated forum for users.

Goal

Bonsai Wonders, with its diverse range of products related to bonsai plants. Bonsai Wonder sought to enhance its online presence through a dedicated e-commerce app. The challenge lay in creating an app that not only showcased the beauty of bonsai but also provided a seamless and engaging shopping experience for users across various platforms and devices.

Solution

dbqp designed and developed an end-to-end eCommerce and community platform for bonsai wonders with IOS, Android and web app. The platform development was focused on a great UI/UX design, performance, security, and scalability. The app has a seamless onboarding process, easy to navigate products, cart and checkout screens with payment gateway integrations, manage history, collaborate with community and forum users.
